1. Jurisdiction
All disputes related to sales, services, payments, or deliveries shall be subject to Vapi jurisdiction only.
2. Goods Sold Policy
Goods/Materials once sold will not be taken back or exchanged under any circumstances.
Customers are advised to verify the type, quality, and specifications of the goods before purchase.
3. Responsibility of Goods
Our responsibility and liability cease immediately once the goods leave our premises.
Any loss, damage, leakage, breakage, or deterioration occurring during transit will not be the responsibility of Ambika Chemtrade (India).
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be completed within the due date mentioned on the invoice.
Interest at the rate of 21% per annum will be charged on all overdue/outstanding payments without exception.
5. Insurance
Insurance for goods must be arranged by the Buyer/Consignee.
Ambika Chemtrade (India) will not be responsible for any transit-related issues if the goods are not insured by the buyer.
6. Industrial Use Disclaimer
All chemicals and materials supplied by Ambika Chemtrade (India) are strictly for Industrial Use Only.
These products are not intended for household, medical, pharmaceutical, food, or personal consumption purposes.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from Ambika Chemtrade (India), the buyer acknowledges and agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions stated above. Ambika Chemtrade (India) reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
